One does not expect to find a really good Chinese establishment on a small
Greek island but Spiridon Plaskas is not your typical restaurateur. Born and
educated in Corfu, he travelled the world and developed a passion for Chinese
cuisine. He opened his first Chinese restaurant here 20 years ago and only
employs chefs from Shanghai or Hong Kong. His dishes are authentic and
extremely tasty and he insists on fresh produce and no additives such as MSG. He
still enjoys meeting new customers particularly those from distant parts. As
you can see, he is a handsome and charming man.
